What we consume matters, and so in this time of reduction in consumption of media we can tune into our food, food source, and process of digestion. Using the Ayurvedic system for wellness as guidance our meals will be satisfying but not over abundant and spaced appropriately to maximize digestion. The weekend menu includes foods produced onsite including: sprout and greens varieties, fruits and vegetable varieties, and even mushrooms using a Whole Foods Plant-Based Diet approach. All meals and food offered is vegetarian and with many vegan options.

During this time of practicing conscious consumption we continue to fill ourselves with the highest quality living foods to satisfy our whole system. Nuts, Seeds, Fruits, and Vegetables will be the focus of our snacks, smoothies and fresh juices. We indulge in sacred choices to deepen our connection with Nature. Our daily schedule is conducive to a 16-8 Intermittent fasting practice (16 hours of fasting with a 8 hour window for scrumptious snacks and nutritious meals).

• Guided Forest Bathing Session

The woods are naturally healing in many ways, come into the woods and feel it yourself. Learn to hone your sense of connection with Nature and the Elements as part of this intentional hike. Guided orientation of the process and our property as well as support and assistance for solo sits and wandering the trails.

• Sacred Cacao & Sound Ceremony

Sacred medicine journeys are gentle 1-hour rituals that include learning about cacao as heart-healing medicine, gentle guided movement, sacred song and a sound bath.

• Freedom Dance & Fire Ceremony

Expression and limitless possibilities are themes of this sacred dance ceremony. This 1-hour ceremony was designed by our resident dancer and yogini to playfully practice techniques to unlock our greatest potential and give thanks to Great Mystery.
