Wholesome Living, Inc. is a membership-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Boonville, NY. Our mission is to promote healthy and sustainable practices by providing community-based enriching experiences focused on wholesome fun, food, and fitness. It is the intent of Wholesome Living, Inc. to work collaboratively with other organizations in order to serve the needs of local community members and to strengthen community bonds.

Current Programs offered through Wholesome Living, Inc.:
Yoga for ALL Bodies – A modified and adapted yoga practice based on the needs of each individual these donation based sessions are available at 3 different locations at least once a week.
Yin Yang Yoga – Designed to be more dynamic and deeply restorative than the Yoga for ALL Bodies practice. Perfect for those who desire to delve deeper into the asana practice of yoga.
Boonville Community Garden – An experiential educational program offering Adirondack School District, local businesses, and area non-profit organizations a space to work together to promote community wellness through garden-based learning programs.
JUST DANCE! – Movement classes designed to build coordination, flexibility, and strength this dance party gives participants space and time to understand structure and cultivate creativity at their own pace.
Family Yoga – These monthly sessions offer a time for creative play in a structured and nurturing environment, working to cultivate understanding through learning age appropriate yoga postures, movement games, songs, breathing practices, storytelling, and imaginative play.
