Yoga for All

These 1-hour gentle yoga sessions are designed for ALL adults.  All of our weekly yoga sessions are offered by donation, with a suggested $10-15 donation per hour. Certified yoga instructors lead gentle movements, and offer postures that align and promote balance, while increasing flexibility and strength.  Breathing techniques and meditation are integrated into the sessions.  You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

Mondays 6:30am at Trinity Wellness PiYo: a combo class of 30-minutes of both Pilates and Yoga

Tuesdays 9:30am at Prospect Library Morning Flow: a perfect session for starting your day

Wednesdays 4pm at Boonville Elem Yoga for ALL: a sequence of poses, breath practice, and meditation

Thursdays 5:30pm at Remsen Library Restorative Flow: an evening session designed to prepare for rest

Fridays 9:30am at Prospect Library Beginners Flow: a foundational series appropriate for all levels
